Disclaimer: Microsoft's Distribution Agreement for System Builders states that the system builder software packs are not intended for distribution to end users unless the end users are acting as system builders by assembling their own PCs. A "system builder" is anyone who assembles, reassembles or installs software on a new or used computer system.

Windows 10 – new features

One of the key changes is that, compared to Windows 8/8.1, there is the return to the historic start menu(very renewed compared to Windows 7), whose absence in the previous edition had elicited several criticisms. Also, clicking with the right button on the start menu button, a convenient and comprehensive list of major commands and tools of the operating system.
Cortana is an integral part of the operating system and can be activated, either by typing the appropriate command, which vocally in the taskbar.
With 10 Windows, you have the DirectX 12, already presented in March 2014, there are also news and updates at the Command Prompt, where you can use a new set of "experimental options" that modernize its functionality and use the traditional keyboard shortcuts, such as pasting text within it using Ctrl + V.
Windows 10 also includes a new web browser called Microsoft Edge (initially known under the codename Project Spartan). The new program does not replace Internet Explorer but was introduced by Microsoft with the aim of returning users to use a navigational instrument designed by the company itself, which due to suboptimal performance, have moved away from the old browser. In Edge you can use Cortana.
Another important novelty is the notification Center. Notification Center is a side window that appears by clicking on the icon on the desktop, this contains all system notifications and the various apps in one handy list, eliminating permanently, then the existing popup until Windows 8.
With Windows 10 also introduces the ability to create virtual desktops, i.e. multiple screens desktops to move the Windows of different open apps, by rearranging them better. To display a window open you will have to switch to the desktop where it is located, while this obviously will not be visible in other desktops.
Changes have been made even to commands and tool operations of system restore , as well as to those of creating image and backup.
Renovated and expanded the settings Panel (in addition to the traditional control panel) that was introduced with Windows 8.
Have added apps/games already installed on your computer such as Chess, Solitaire collection, Autodesk Sketchbook and Minecraft (Mojang).
Windows Explorer has been updated and changed its name to file Explorer. In it now there is quick access which replaced "Favorites" with greater possibilities for customization. Now you can configure whether file Explorer opens with the quick logon screen or "this PC".

Windows 10 – the functions Removed

Support for Windows Media Center has been discontinued and will be uninstalled when you upgrade earlier versions of Windows that contain it. Drivers for USB floppy drives are no longer integrated and must be downloaded separately.
Microsoft Skydrive, sync client that was introduced in Windows 8.1, no longer supports Windows offline 10 placeholders. It is expected that the feature to view offline files will be added in the future in a new universal application.
On Windows 10 Home, the option to select if and when install Windows updates has been removed: they will be downloaded and installed automatically, so users refuse to install important security fixes; In contrast, Windows Pro and Enterprise 10 updates can only be sent back for a limited time. You agree to automatically install all updates in the end user license agreement. Under "choose how to install updates" from the "advanced options" there is the possibility, as in previous versions, to prevent updates. The inability to exclude upgrades was referring only to the test version, the reason for this is that Microsoft distributes test versions with frequent updates to make them try by users, who accepts the TESTVERSION agreeing to partner with Microsoft to test the updates that will help to shape the final version.
